Reset the HLM ERP Owner password

For the Owner who forgot the password and lost the recovery code.

  1. In HLM ERP, on the sign-in screen: Forgot password? › I lost my recovery code › Get request number.
  2. Type the request number below with the email you registered with when you downloaded HLM ERP.
  3. A one-time reset code is emailed to that address. Paste it in HLM ERP and choose a new password. It works once, on that computer only, for 24 hours.

Still have your recovery code? You do not need this page: use it with your Owner PIN at Forgot password?. Staff passwords are reset by the Owner in Admin › Users.
