Install in four steps
- Fill in the short form above: the download starts and your trial code is emailed. Run HLM ERP Setup 2.17.1.exe and accept the licence agreement.
- Open HLM ERP, paste the trial code from your email and create the Owner account (username, password and a 6-digit PIN). Write down the recovery code it shows once.
- Use the 14-day free trial. To keep using it, open Admin › Licence, copy the machine code and send it to us for your licence key.
- Print the one-page Quick Start guide (PDF) and keep it next to the shop computer.
What's new in 2.17.1
The picture library used for the shop logo and receipt photos is updated to its latest safe version (it fixes security problems announced in October 2026). Recommended for every shop.
Already using HLM ERP? Admin › About › Check for updates tells you when a new version is out. Before installing an update, end the day and close HLM ERP; your data stays where it is.
Forgot the Owner password? Use your recovery code at Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, or get a reset code by email.
System requirements
- Windows 10/11 64-bit
- Works offline. Internet is only needed for licence activation and update checks.
- Other computers and phones in the shop can connect over the shop network.
